Ark & Fox (2021)
Ark & Fox is a small kids' accessory company based in Exeter. The owner, Charlotte, is a creative and artistic person and wanted a modern, economical look and feel, with pops of pastel colour. After a few iterations (including an ampersand of a fox's tail which looked great but didn't fit the geometric look), we settled on the final design. The ampersand here remains a lovely focal point and shape, and as with all good logos, works in black and white as well as colour.

Work for a start-up company, Buckinghamshire Sox Co. The company produces luxury, merino wool socks, aimed at discerning shoppers who invest in quality above all else.
The brief was to create a logo with a motif that captures Buckinghamshire's uniqueness, and the motif had to be minimal so that it could be stitched onto a sock. The overall design had to be clean, modern and timeless in a similar vein to designer brands (e.g. Versace, Louis Vuitton, Chanel) and high-end-but-affordable retailers like Apple, John Lewis and House of Fraser.
After a couple of revisions, we settled on the Buckinghamshire swan, with an elegant typeface and circle. The logo came in a number of iterations, one of which was used for the mock-up of a dark dark/purple product box in silver.
